3 Rounds Back Squat, 5 reps, try to increase by 5-10lbs from last time (Choice of Barbell or KB – if using KB, do a goblet squat) Rest 1 minute Ring Row, 10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:

11 AMRAP 7 DB Hang Power Clean, 50/30 5 Burpees 7 Box Jumps, 24/20

The DB HPC is two dbs or kb’s
