3 Rounds Overhead Squat, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Carry, 100 feet – one up, one down.  One arm is overhead, the other is in the suitcase position.  Switch at halfway point. Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:  4 Rounds: 1:00 ME KB Swings, 55/35 1:00 ME Double Unders 1:00 ME Push-Ups 1:00 Rest
