Met-con:

Four sets of: Against a 4 minute running clock, complete: 25 Kettlebell Swings 55/35 400 Meter Run Double-Unders x Max Reps Rest 4 minutes between sets Score is number of double unders Tips for scaling to make sure you get to double unders: scale kb reps or distance of run.
