WOD, Thursday, 7/15/10

A nice little chipper.  Actually a big chipper because the exercises were damn hard.  Actually, not so hard when done individually, super hard when done as a group.  Thank G-D for scaling.  As you can see by the posts, only 3 people did this WOD Rx.  That’s what is great about CF.

For time: 20 inch Box jump, 50 reps Rope climb, 5 ascents 1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 50 reps 50 sit-ups 40 pound dumbbell Hang power clean, 50 reps 800 meter Run 50 Back extensions
