WOD Tuesday 10-5-10
What a great way to kick off our inaugural lunchtime CF class, 12pm on Tuesdays. 8 CFitters got to enjoy “Lil’ Michael”. Just cut “Michael” in half – 400 meters and 25 reps.
The other best part about this WOD today, is the fact that there are 3 new top female postings by 3 different CFitters to the Wall Of Pain!!! Congratulations!!!
