Met-Con: Alternating EMOM 10 mins 10 Goblet Squats 30 1/2 Rotation Swings then: 3×1 minute max row for distance.  1 minute rest after each row. Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #3

KB WOD:

KB SDHP 3-3-3 Use Dual Bells if necessary Met-con: 50 Amer. Swing 55/35 then: 21-15-9 (R/L) KB Clean KB Push Press KB Swinging high pull
