Strength: EMOM for 10 minutes:  Snatch complex – 75% of max 1 Power Snatch 1 Hang Snatch 1 Overhead Squat Bar leaves ground on Power Snatch and does not touch until after the OHS. This is a complex.

Met-con:

10, 1-minute rounds of: Deadlifts, 3 reps 225/185 60 meter shuttle sprint Max reps burpee

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Post number of burpees completed each round.
