“CrossFit Total”

Back squat, 1 rep

Shoulder Press, 1 rep

Deadlift, 1 rep

Each CFitter gets 3 attempts at each lift to successfully complete the most amount of weight possible in one rep.  We add the pounds of each lift together for a total score.
