Strength: 3 Rounds: Back Squat, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Dips, 5-10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:

30-20-10 Russian KBS, 70/55 Wall balls 20/14 Slam balls, 40/30

Stretch:

Watch Series: Full Body Stretching Series #2 

RunFit WOD:

WOD: 10 x 200m sprints/rest 1:30 (if they don’t have a watch they get 10 burpees!)

75-80% on the first two, then 90-95% on the 3-4th, then all out for the remainder.
