3 Rounds Clean, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Ring Row, 10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: Tabata – perform each for 5 rounds followed by 1 minute rest.  = 16.5 minutes Pull ups Rest 1 min Goblet Squats  70/55 rest 1 min push ups rest 1 min Sit-Ups with Med Ball  20/14 Rest 1 min jumping lunges – alternate Finished!
