Tori’s Terrible Two’s: 2 Rounds, 20 second rest/transition in between each exercise: 2 min overhead walking lunges – 45/25 plates 2 min sprint 100 meters, 5 Air Squats 2 min sit-ups 2 min broad jumps 2 min burpees
