A benchmark WOD, and a body weight WOD at that.  That means more Rx on the board today.  Who is making the numbers change on the “Wall Of Pain”? 🙂

We had several recent graduates complete “Michael” today.  Their first benchmark WOD in a group class.  WAY TO GO!!!
