Horrible weather this morning, rain, wind, tornado watches then a 20-degree temperature drop and our CFitters had to tackle a 5k.
Well, at least they thought so before they were told the actual WOD was OHS (overhead squats).

BONUS WOD: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of: 20 One arm KB Deadlifts (10R/10L) -touch bell on the outside of foot 10 Pull-Ups
