Strength: Overhead Squat 1×5 at 65% 1RM, 1×5 at 75%, 1×5 at 85% Rest 1 minute Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression Push-Up, Dip, Handstand hold/push-up Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: 5 rounds for time of: 12 Front Rack Walking Lunges (each leg = 1 rep)

30 Double Unders

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

21, 15, 9 reps of: Box Jump – 24/20 Knees- to-elbows Hand Release Push-ups Row 200 meters after each round
