400 meter run (A) 25 Overhead Squats (B) 95/65 25 Overhead Squats (A) 95/65 40 Burpees – to be completed in sets of 10. B does 10, then A does 10, then B, then A 25 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (B) 95/65 25 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (A) 95/65 400 meter run (B)
