Bodyweight Bootcamp: Warm-Up: Run 100 meters 5 Burpees 10 Lateral Jumps 10 Squats Run 100 meters Samson Stretch

Met-con: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 5 Burpee Pull-ups 10 ABMAT Sit-ups 20 Walking Lunges (each leg = 1 rep)
