“The point of CF is to get better at life.  Being unable to workout tomorrow because you were pigheaded today is not in line with our goals.“

What can we say about the workout today?  It was long and grueling, it took time and perseverance.  In the end, everyone made it through.  However, EVERYONE scaled from Rx.  Now that tells you something.  🙂 Today’s WOD was “Eva”.  This is one name that will be hanging over our heads until we can finally do it Rx (prescribed).  It may take a while, like several years.  🙂

“Eva” Five rounds for time of:

Run 800 meters

2 pood (70lb/55lb) Kettlebell swing, 30 reps

30 Pull-ups
