There are always skills we can work on and improve.  L-Pull-ups for example.  Let’s see how strong your core is, can you keep you legs in an “L” position?  Most people cannot which is why CrossFit is scalable for all fitness levels.

For time: Run 400 meters 75 pound Power clean, 50 reps 40 L Pull-ups Run 400 meters 75 pound Power clean, 40 reps 30 L Pull-ups Run 400 meters 75 pound Power clean, 30 reps 20 L Pull-ups Run 400 meters
