“Nancy”, who heard of “Nancy”?  A new CF Girl came to visit and as usual our CFitters showed her their best.

An Overhead Squat (OHS) is a very challenging exercise to get the proper form – straight arm active shoulder supporting the weight overhead.  Scaling or taking your time for each rep is the key to maintain the integrity of the exercise especially after running.

“Nancy” 5 rounds for time of: 400 meter run 95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
