Strength:

3 Rounds Jerk, 5 reps (choice of push jerk or split jerk) Rest 1 minute Pull-Ups, 3-6 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes: Heavy (American) Kettlebell Swings x 7 reps Burpees x 5 reps (Choose kb weight that will challenge you but that you can swing with proper technique)

 

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

Met-con: 5 Rounds: 15 Push-Ups 15 Jumping Squats Run 200 meters
