Yippeee, a strength day.  Much needed after “Angie”.  Although, DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) might be a bit restricting at first trying to get your arms up over head and then the burpees in the bonus WOD…oh my!!!  Although, the bonus WOD is a huge help for those doing the Burpee Challenge.

Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

BONUS WOD: AMRAP for 8 minutes: 5 Burpees 10 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
