WODs for Friday 10/28/11

There are 2 ways of looking at hand release push ups.  1 – if you don’t normally get full range of motion for your push ups, they make you get your chest to the deck and they are harder so, you may have to scale back and drop to your knees.  2 – if you do get full range of motion normally, the hand release gives a bit of a break of the tension on your muscles and they may feel easier than regular push ups.  Hummmm…which one are you? 1? or 2?
