With all this strength building going on, it’s nice to have a body weight WOD. And a benchmark to boot!!
Our KBellers were some snatching fools today. They progressed in weight during their strength but then needed to rep it out during their metcon. A very technical movement that easily breaks down when a person gets tired. Focus on form and technique is the key.
