With all this strength building going on, it’s nice to have a body weight WOD.  And a benchmark to boot!!

Our KBellers were some snatching fools today.  They progressed in weight during their strength but then needed to rep it out during their metcon.  A very technical movement that easily breaks down when a person gets tired.  Focus on form and technique is the key.

CF Class WOD: Met-Con: “Cindy” Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats

KB Class WOD: 3×5 KB Snatch


4 Rounds:

10 Wall Ball 10 KB snatches (alternating arms, 55/35) 8 KB goblet squats (55/35)
