Our KBellers are loving their multiple workouts all in one session!!! Today they played hot potato.  Don’t know how to do that with a kettlebell?  Come in and see it for yourself!!

Our CFitters had to team up today for lucky number 7!!! Team WODs are always fun!!

KB Class WOD: WOD 1: 8 minute tabata
