Death by…what exercise should we do today?  We usually do pull ups, or 10 meter sprints.

Humm…how about SDHP!!  Sumo Deadlift High Pull sounds like a great idea.  🙂

Just kidding.

There is a method to our madness and it is not just haphazard.  🙂

KB WOD: 4 rounds for time of: 200 m Run 10 Burpees 20 Jump Rope (Singles) 10 Kettlebell Swings 10 Walking Lunges

CF WOD: With a continuously running clock, perform one SDHP each minute on the minute. Add one rep each minute so that you are performing 1 SDHP the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute and so on until you cannot complete the required number of sumo-deadlift high pulls in that given minute.

Every Minute on the Minute increase 1 Sumo Deadlift High-pull (95#/65#)
