TGU (Turkish Get-Ups) are hard enough to do without any weight let alone to keep increasing the weight as our KBellers get further into the workout. But they were tough and kicked butt!!
Overhead squats are hard enough let alone to pair them up with running. But what else can you expect from a benchmark workout?!?! Our CFitters met “Nancy” head on!!
