Push Press For everyone today.  Whether you are doing it with a kettlebell or dumbbells:

Push Press

• Stance = hip width • Root through heels • Tight belly • Grip slightly outside shoulders • Elbows in front of the bar • Dip 1. Knees forward 2. Pelvis in anterior rotation 3. Chest Up! • Drive (to full extension) • Press Faults • Chest comes forward • Cocking • Too slow • Muting the hip

CF Class WOD: Push Press 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 Make each set heavier than the previous one. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
