No one said CrossFit was fair. If you are short, you still have to do a 10 foot wall ball at the same Rx weight. If you are a girl, you still have to lift the same Rx weight as the guys for today’s CrossFit WOD. Don’t ask us, we are just the messenger for the CF HQ WODs. 🙂
