CF Class WOD:
Games Open WOD Week 1: AMRAP for 10 minutes:
30 Double Unders (may substitute tuck jumps or 3:1 single unders) 15 Power Snatches (75/55) – scale weight accordingly
KB Class WOD: 15 minute AMRAP:
1)OH Swings x 25 2) SDHP x25 3) Sit-ups x 25
Do the 200m run then task 1, do 200m then task 2, do 200m run then task 3, etc….
