3 rounds or 3 exercises doesn’t sound so bad or long for our CFitters and KBellers….but look at the exercises…full body movements…all the way down to the squat and all the way up to full extension!!
CF Class WOD:
Three rounds for time of: 35 Double-unders 95 pound Thrusters, 25 reps 15 Pull-ups
KB Class WOD: 15 minute AMRAP:
1) Clean 2) OH Swing x20 3) Snatch
row 200m then do task 1, run 200m do task 2, ect..
