CFStriking Class WOD:

FGB timing – S.C.A.W.S. (squat clean air wallball slamballs) – Heavy bag combo (1-2-3-4) – Bastards – G&P (1-2-elbow) alternating – Tire Flip Jumps – Singles

Finish with a 400 m team BB carry run.
