Strength: Snatch Complex: 2-2-2-2 1 Power Snatch 1 Hang Snatch 1 Overhead Squat

Met-Con: 3 minute AMRAP: 18-15-9 calorie row & lateral jumps over the rower Rest 1 minute 3 minute AMRAP: 30 double unders & 10 power snatches Rest 1 minute 3 minute AMRAP: 18-15-9 kb swing (55/35) & GHD Sit Ups Rest 1 minute 3 minute AMRAP: 10 power snatches  & 10 lateral jumps over the bar

*If athletes manages to finish 18-15-9 workouts under 3 minutes they start over again. Intention is to go hard on each AMRAP because it’s only 3 minutes!
