The CrossFit WOD was named “Everything but the Kitchen Sink” by one of our coaches.  Our CFitters thought it actually included the kitchen sink as they were doing the workout as they “pretty much completed every exercise in the gym.”

CF Class WOD Met-con: For time: 25 Walking lunge steps 20 Pull-ups 50 Box jumps, 20 inch box 20 Double-unders 25 Ring dips 20 Knees to elbows 30 Kettlebell swings, 70/55 30 Sit-ups 20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells 25 Back extensions 30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 3 Rope climb ascents

KB Class WOD: Met-con:

3 rounds 10x KB swings (70/55) 100x Jump rope singles 10/10 KB clean & jerk (55/35) Run 400m 10/10 KB snatch (55/35) 30x Squats
