While the CrossFit class has to do 1 full movement with one weight, ground to over head – Snatch, the Kettlebellers broke it up into 2 movements, Clean and Push Press and had to increase their weight each time!!! The power is from the hips no matter which way you choose to move the weight. Way to go everyone on their full range of motion dynamic body movements!!!
