The kettlebells will be flying today with the hand-to-hand swings our KBellers will be attempting.  Let alone the balance and stability they will need right afterwards for Bottoms-Up.  WAY TO GO KBellers!!!


Our CFitters fould out how tricky it is to go right from running to double-unders.  But, THEY DID IT!!!!

KB Class WOD: 2 rounds 30x Hand-to-hand swings 15x Double bottoms-up press 15x Snatch (each arm) 15x Push-ups

CF Class WOD: 4 rounds for time of: 400 m Run 50 Double Unders 20 Burpees
