WODs for Friday 6/3/11

TODAY WAS THE DAY!!  A very distracting day to workout when the tarp was coming down to open up the new 1,600 square foot expansion space and equipment was being moved around and dismantled literally during the workout.

Thank you so much to EVERYONE for their tolerance during this transition/expansion.  Also, thanks to Ryan, Jenn, Zhan, Susan, Geoff, and Dawn for helping to build and move our new equipment into their new homes!!  We could not have do it without you!!!

 

KB Class WOD: 2 Rounds: 3 Push-Ups 12 jumping lunges 15 knees to elbows 3/3 tgu

CF Class WOD: “Fran” Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:

95 pound Thruster Pull-ups
