Our KBellers were pressing their hearts out today.  Their guns are gonna be rockin’ with the rest of their beach bodies.  🙂

CF Class WOD: Five rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 20 Burpees 15 Two-hand dumbbell Bent over row, 50/35 pounds each

KB Class WOD: strict press: 1-1-1 l/r, move up in weight each set clean and jerk: 2-2-2 l/r, move up in weight each set squat clean to thruster: 3-3-3 l/r, move up in weight each set
