WODs for Friday 9/28/12

10 to 1 of 4 exercises for the KBellers.  Pretty tough!!!   But they did it!!!!  They were everywhere – in, out, up , down!!1

CFitters may have felt a reprieve from the pulling in their row when they were push pressing, NOT!!!  Maybe it was the other way around.  🙂

KB Class WOD: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of: Kettle Bell Swings 70/55 Sprint 40 yards (120 feet) Lateral Jumps over Parallette Sprint 40 yards (120 feet)

CF Class WOD: For time: Row 500 meters 115/85 pound Push press, 21 reps Row 500 meters 115/85 pound Push press, 18 reps Row 500 meters 115/85 pound Push press, 15 reps Row 500 meters 115/85 pound Push press, 12 reps
