Our CFitters were challenged with kettlebell snatches today. They got to see what some KB class WODs were all about. Our KBellers were challenge to not put down their kettlebells throughout their entire WOD if they could. Always a different spin on things!!
KB WOD: Dual KB for 5 Rounds of:
8 Sumo Deadlift 6 swing to high pull 4 snatch
CF WOD: 21-15 and 9 rep rounds of: Left-arm Kettlebell snatch, 55/35 Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 55/35 Pull-ups[gallery orderby="post_date"]]]>
