WODs for Monday 10/29/12

Sandy didn’t stop some of our CFitters from hitting some major PRs today!!  We have completed the first month of our new programming and this week is test week.  No worries, if you couldn’t make it this morning, we are doing the CF Total on Thursday as well.  If you already did the Total this morning, we will have an alternate WOD for you on Thursday. Now stay home, be safe, and let’s regroup when Sandy leaves us never to be seen again…except in maybe a benchmark WOD just as the CF Girls are named like storms where they will tear you apart.

Don’t forget, classes are canceled for the rest of the evening and we will post an update on this website later today regarding classes and programs for tomorrow, Tuesday 10/30/12.
