KB Class WOD: 5 Rounds: AMRAP in 3 mins alternating arms each round. 6 Single arm Russian swing 6 Push press 6 Front Squat Rest 1 min between rounds

CF Class WOD: Shoulder press 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Bonus WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of: Bodyweight Deadlift, 7 reps 20 meter Sprint 14 One legged squats (7 per leg) 21 Double-unders (sub with Tuck Jumps) 20 meter Sprint
