Who needs a bench to do a press?  Our KBellers certainly do not!!  Get down on the floor and press those weights!!!

Our CFitters went vertical working on their rope climbs!!!

KB Class WOD: 3×3 Floor Press r/l

3 Rounds, 1 minute at each station. Rest 1 minute at the end of each round.

KB SDHP, 55/35 Double Unders Power Swing, 55/35 Burpees

CF Class WOD: skill: Rope Climbs

Met-Con: complete 4 rounds for time of: 30 Jump and touch 12″ target 185/135 pound Deadlift, 20 reps 10 Handstand push-ups
