KB Class WOD: 4 Rounds:
10 Power swings (55/35) 10 KB snatches (alternating arms) 8 KB overhead squats (one arm)
CF Class WOD: Strength: Front Squats 3×5 – 75-85% of max
Met-Con: With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
