Oly lifting is getting stronger with the snatch balance!!  Getting more comfortable dropping under the bar is key.  Special Oly Club session on December 12/30 from 11-12:30pm.

As if the KB WOD was enough, our KBellers had a buy out of running.

CF Class WOD: Strength: Snatch Balance 3×3 85-90% of max

Met-Con: Complete 7 rounds: Max Rep Handstand Push Ups 15 Hollow Rocks

KB Class WOD: 3 rounds of 20 Swing Releases (55/35) 10 Burpees 1 min hollow rock 20 Sit Ups

Buy Out: 600m Run
