CF Class WOD: Skill: Chest to Bar Pull-Up

Coaching Point: must be a strict pull-up, can use band assistance. Focus on active shoulders and engaging the lats by pulling the shoulders back and down

Met-Con: 5 Rounds for time: Max Reps in 3 minutes 15 Calorie Row 20 KB Snatch (45/25) 10 R/10 L Max Double Unders Rest 1 minute between rounds

KB Class WOD: 7 one minute rounds of 30 American swings 35/25

Rest one minute between rounds

If you don’t get all 30 swings, sprint 50ft for every miss during the 1 minute rest between rounds
