Today, to the day and date, marked the 6th year anniversary of Arenal Fitness. We opened the doors on Monday, February 1, 2010. 

Today’s WOD was an updated variation of our very first WOD at Arenal Fitness!

Thank you EVERYONE for all the years of hard work, help, support, and community to make Arenal Fitness what it is today.  We could not have done it without you!

Strength: Back Squat Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: Arenal Anniversary WOD 4 Rounds:  Not for time but try to allow members to go right from the rower to the bench. Row 300 15 Bench Press
