Burpees with a twist or we should say + .  The + for the burpees is to set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep.

KB WOD: 3 ROUNDS

#1 40 PULLS ON ROWER 30 RUSSIAN SWINGS 10 PUSH UPS
