Strength: Press Complex  20 minute clock Press x3 Push Press x3 Jerk x3 Progressive Load

Met-Con: PARTNER EMOM (16 minutes) Run 100m, then use the remainder of the minute to complete as many reps of each exercise. Both do the run plus movement before moving to the next movement.  Score is combined total of all activities.

Kettlebell Swings Squats Plate-hop Burpees 45/25 Box Jumps Slam Balls Push-ups Wall Balls Double Unders or can count single unders if they don’t have doubles
