CF Class WOD: Skill: Tall Cleans

Coaching Point: Tall Clean – Start with flat feet – use pvc to light weight.  As you get comfortable, work towards dropping all the way into the squat.

Met-Con: 4 Rounds For Time: scale as needed 10 Squat Snatches (95/65) 15 Toes to Bar

KB Class WOD: 3×3 Dual KB Military Press

then: 2 rounds 10x KB swings (70/55) 100x Jump rope singles 10x Double KB clean & jerk (55/35#) Run 400m 10x/arm KB snatch (55/35#) 30x Squats
