TEST DAY!

CF Class WOD:

“CrossFit Total”

Back squat, 1 rep Shoulder Press, 1 rep Deadlift, 1 rep

KB Class WOD:

KB Total:

Dual Bell Front Squat or goblet squat KB Military press with each hand TGU each hand

Our last test week was in January, 2013 so we saw tons of PR’s today.  Way to go everyone!!
